I will explain two ways of doing this (in case one doesn't work for you)

First Method (NEW & IMPROVED)

Step by Step:

1. Click start.

2. Go to accessories.

3. RIGHT CLICK on command prompt.

4. Click on properties.

5. Now click find target.

6. Now you are on the C:\ drive.

Second Method (NEW & IMPROVED)

Step by step

1. If the first method didn't work then this is surely going to work for you.

2. Create a new document anywhere you want.

3. Then right click the document you just created

4. Then choose open with -> Choose Program -> then clik Browse

5. If your not on the C:\ drive already in the text area type "C:\" without the quotes.

6. Happy ending your on the C:\ drive.
